If Doctor /Optometrist does not agree to be bound by (or cannot comply with) any of the Terms below, do not click the "I Agree" Box, do not complete the Registration Process, and Do not Attempt to use the Service.

1. All patients referred by www.globaleyestore.com (“Service Provider”) will make payment for all services on the portal of www.globaleyesstore.com.
2. Doctor / Optometrist has to clearly mention or select details about treatment and services offered to the patient on the portal. If any ambiguity is found in mentioning the details about treatment in such case Service Provider reserves its rights to terminate the membership of the Doctor/Optometrist.
3. Doctor/Optometrist payment will be released every week on Monday.
4. If any Doctor/Optometrist found that they are collecting payments through cash and not transacting on the portal, their membership will be cancelled with immediate effect.
5. Doctor/ Optometrist has full responsibility for the patient’s treatment. If the patient is not satisfied Doctor/ Optometrist the patient can visit any number of times, and the Doctor cannot charge again and again for the same.
6. Doctor / Optometrist has to request manually and the email for coupon codes for products which will be valid for one time only & for the particular transaction requested at that time only.
7. Doctor / Optometrist will be awarded extra incentives in case they satisfy the patient and Service Provider receives excellent feedback of the Doctor/Optometrist concerned.
8. Patient consultation will be charged on the portal of www.globaleyestore.com and Service Provider reserves all the rights regarding the transactions done on the platform.
9. Doctor / Optometrist once given confirmation cannot refuse to see/treat patients. In case, due to some emergency the Doctor / Optometrist has to cancel the appointment of the patient, it has to be intimated 24 Hours before the appointment scheduled time to Service Provider with reasons and to the patient also.
10. The Service Provider reserves the Right to modify the Terms of Use at any time without giving any prior notice.
11. Doctor /Optometrist must adhere to all the rules, regulations, guidelines and clarifications framed thereunder, including the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (the SPI Rules) and the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 (the IG Rules).
12. The contents of the Service Provider, information, text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software code, design and the collection, arrangement and assembly of content on the Services are the property of the Service Provider and are protected under Copyright, Trademark and other allied laws. Doctor /Optometrist shall not modify any of the content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute or otherwise use the content in any way for any public or commercial purpose or for personal gain.
13. These Terms of Use shall act as a three-way Agreement if Doctor /Optometrist are associated with the Medical Practitioner and both the Practitioner as well as the Service Provider may seek recourse against Doctor /Optometrist for any violation of the terms of this Agreement
14. Doctor /Optometrist shall not transfer including by way of sublicense, lease, assignment or any other transfer by operation of law their right to use the Services to any third party.
15. Doctor /Optometrist shall give information to the Service Provider which is true, accurate, correct, complete and up to date, to the best of Doctor /Optometrist knowledge.
16. Doctor /Optometrist shall not access or attempt to access any of the lead provided by service provider by any means other than through the interface provided by the Service Provider unless otherwise allowed to do so.
17. Doctor /Optometrist shall be solely responsible for any breach of the obligations under the Terms of Use and for the consequences following that breach.
18. The Medical Practitioners hereby agree that they will not indulge in making any unsolicited calls to breach any applicable rules and guidelines related to unsolicited commercial communications including but not limited to regulations and guidelines such as TRAI guidelines for telemarketers.
19. Doctor /Optometrist shall not open any similar/identical platform to that of the service provider till 5 years of leaving and/or being terminated from the platform of the service provider.
20. Doctor /Optometrist shall be solely responsible for any claim or legal proceedings arising out of the treatment of the patient referred/provided by the
21. Doctor /Optometrist shall indemnify the Service Provider for any claims, losses or damages of any regulatory or court proceedings suffered by it as a result of Doctor /Optometrist breach under any applicable laws.
22. It is mandatory for every Doctor /Optometrist to have Professional indemnity as mandatory insurance of a minimum of Rs. 25 Lakh to work with www.globaleyestore.com, which has to be produced over mailglobaleyestore@gmail.com within 30 days of affiliation. In the absence of the reproduction of insurance over email, the membership will be cancelled.
23. Doctor /Optometrist shall not access the Services of the Service Provider if Doctor /Optometrist or the organization that Doctor /Optometrist represent is Service Provider's direct competitor, except with its written consent. Also, Doctor /Optometrist shall not access the Services for purposes of monitoring availability, performance or functionality for any benchmarking or competitive purposes.
24. The Service Provider does not warrant, in any sense, that the Services provided by it will always function without disruptions, delay or errors.
25. Doctor /Optometrist shall alone be liable for Doctor /Optometrist dealings and interactions with the End-Users contacted or managed through the Software provided by the Service Provider and it shall not have any liability or responsibility in this regard. The Service Provider does not guarantee or make any representation with respect to the correctness, completeness or accuracy of the information provided by the End-Users or any third party.
26. The Services are not intended and must not be used for Emergency Purposes such as Emergency Healthcare Procedures or any other Emergency Situations.
27. Doctor /Optometrist agree that the billing credentials provided by Doctor /Optometrist for any transaction will be accurate and Doctor /Optometrist shall not use the billing credentials that are not lawfully owned by Doctor /Optometrist.
28. Doctor /Optometrist are solely responsible for the payment of all taxes, legal compliances, statutory registrations and reporting.
29. Doctor /Optometrist shall not disclose any personal information and sensitive data of any End-User or third party to any other person while discharging Doctor /Optometrist services.
30. The Service Provider may restrict, suspend or terminate the account of any Medical Practitioner, apart from taking legal action, against who abuses or misuses the Services which includes cheating the Service Provider by solely gaining monetary benefits from the End-User by inducing them to cancel the intermediary services of the Service Provider and consult them directly, infringing any Intellectual Property Rights, violating any Terms of Use or any other behaviour that the Service Provider, in its sole discretion, deems contrary to its purpose.
31. Any disputes not solved by the arbitration arising out of this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Delhi.
