- General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. All items ordered above Rs 1999/- are includes free shipping and all orders below Rs 1999/- incur shipping cost Rs 99/- as flat charges on any product.
- Returns
Return Due To Change Of Mind
Aqua Global Eyestore Pvt Ltd will happily accept in resellable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
(Aqua Global Eyestore Pvt Ltd) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
- Warranty Returns
Aqua Global Eyestore Pvt Ltd will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Aqua Global Eyestore Pvt Ltd to process your warranty claim within 7 working days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
- P.O. Box Shipping
Aqua Global Eyestore Pvt Ltd will ship to P.O. box addresses using serviceable pin codes by shiprocket only. We are unable to offer couriers services apart from these locations.
- Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.
- Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. If Delivery time has exceeded more than estimated time we will process 50% amount to to the customer
- Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link on your mail from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
- Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

- Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order

The Company provides you a return, refund or exchange opportunity on your purchase through the website, in the event you are unhappy you’re your purchase provided You meet with the following conditions: (a) The request for return, exchange or refund should be raised within 7 (seven) days of the receipt of the products from our Website;
(b) The price tag and any other identification tag, the invoice and the original packing must be intact and sent back;
(c) The product should not have been used or should not have any dirt or scratches or tear or in short should not be rendered unsellable;
(d) You need to mention your order number, the date of order and your date of receipt;
(e) Ensure that the return package is appropriately sealed and sent to the Company as any damage in transit will continue to be your responsibility and this policy will cease to be applicable;

Following are the additional requirements for specific products:
(a) For Soft contact lenses, Box should not be open or price tag should not be tampered
(b) For hard / scleral contact lenses : There is no refund policy but warranty policy. In case you are not satisfied with product, you will be provided with additional product of different parameters as tested by your doctors/ optometrist but money will not be refunded
(c) For artificial eyes : There is no refund of amount and one more artificial eye will be provided in case patient / client or you are not satisfied with the final product. The refund, or exchange process will be initiated only after we have received the product/s in the condition as mentioned above. As stated You could either get a refund of cash or exchange it for a coupon code . If this is not applicable, You could exchange the purchase product for a different product of the same value or a higher value. No difference will be paid in case the exchange is made for a product of a lower value. The option will be communicated either via an e-mail provided by You to us or through a contact number which You have notified us. The Company is not responsible for any incorrect or mis-leading contact details. You will have a period of 7 (seven) days to confirm Your decision to us. In the event we do not receive any communication from You then your opportunity to obtain a refund, return or exchange will lapse. Refunds are processed in 30 (thirty) working days but in case of payments by Cheque or Demand Draft, additional days may be required to dispatch and for the funds to be credited to your account. Apart from these, in the case the original manufacturers/producer/reseller provide any specific warranty, then, those will be applicable subject to Your compliance with the warranty terms mentioned therein. With respect to the warranty offered by the original manufacturer /producer/reseller, the Company would not be responsible or liable for the same. Your claims will have to be raised with the original manufacturer /producer/reseller. If feasible, the Company may provide reasonable assistance in this regard. This policy is only for customers in India and we won’t be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customers due to prohibitive shipping costs.
